Delivery time


Due to crowds around the holidays and the corona virus, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. Deliveries will continue, with tightened measures to ensure the safety of our customers, our warehouse employees and our couriers. Our partner DHL makes every effort to deliver your package on time. Keep an eye on your tracking link for this. We thank you for your understanding and wish you all health.


Delivery time within the Netherlands


Orders placed on working days before 4 pm will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed on Friday after 4 p.m. and on weekends are shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Delivery time may vary depending on the size of the package. The day your order will be delivered is indicated in the shopping cart. Due to busyness in the workshop, it is possible that bicycles assembled by us are delivered one working day later.


Delivery time in Belgium


Letterbox mail and small packages to Belgium are delivered by bpost in collaboration with DHL. Packages larger than 120 x 60 x 50 cm are delivered by DHL.


Due to the COVID-19 measures in Belgium, a lot of orders are currently placed online. As a result, the number of parcels to consumers in Belgium is increasing rapidly. Due to this volume growth at bpost, delivery is currently delayed, which can be up to a few days.
The moment bpost's tracking shows the message "prepared by the sender", the shipment has already left our warehouse and is on its way to bpost's sorting center.



Delivery time for collection


Ordered on working days before 08:00? Then in many cases you can pick up your order the same day at one of our collection points. Due to busyness in our workshop, the delivery time for assembled bicycles can be extended by one day. You will always receive a message by e-mail when your order is ready at the collection point. Your order will remain here for 14 days. Then it is automatically returned to our distribution center.


Delivery on ServicePoint


Packages can be delivered to a DHL ServicePoint of your choice.
When a package is ready at the ServicePoint you have chosen, you will receive an email. A package remains on a ServicePoint for one week. Then it will be returned to our warehouse.
Packages larger than 80 x 50 x 35 cm cannot be delivered to a DHL ServicePoint.

Not at home?


Are you not at home when the DHL delivery person arrives at your door? No problem, you will receive a ticket in the bus with an info code and a link to the DHL website. With this code you can schedule the next delivery attempt by DHL yourself according to the above time windows, without extra costs! This only applies to DHL's DHLFORYOU service.
